Transporting patients with Medical Services

Our entire fleet is fitted with advanced GPS tracking devices. This means we always know where our vehicles are, so we can find our nearest driver for urgent patient transport in the UK.

Services for patients include SMS messaging before the vehicle arrives. This message will include:

• Arrival time.
• Driver name.
• Vehicle type.
• Registration number.

We also have new, specially built, bariatric ambulances, stretchers and wheelchairs.

Under normal circumstances, Medical Services do not transport clients in their own electric wheelchairs. If, in an exceptional case, we are required to do this, Medical Services do not accept any liability.

Local and national patient transport

With 22 locations across the UK and a fleet of 1100 vehicles, Medical Services can manage local and national patient transportation.
