High Dependency Units

Medical Services are independent members of the NHS Confederation Ambulance Service Network.

We provide HDU vehicles with trained EMT crews for the transfer of stable patients between home or hospital. We also offer transport to specialist clinical teams who accompany seriously ill patients en route. All ambulances are equipped to A&E standard; e.g. Heart monitors, SAT'S monitors, automated external defibrillators, suction units, Middlesex carry chairs, piped O2 and Entonox. Additionally we have new, purpose built bariatric vehicles, stretchers and wheelchairs.

In an emergency situation, authorised crews can use blue lights. Our service provides careful monitored care for the NHS, Private Hospitals and Insurance Companies 24 hours a day on demand.
